Planning/memory artifacts for the DWeb sprint — no code and no site-build (src/) changes, so this is safe to merge independently of any feature work.

  • docs/living_memory.md — adds the R3 “DWeb sprint” ramp and refreshes the Current State Marker (paused 2026-06-26).
  • _bmad-output/planning-artifacts/epics.md — retires the v0-prototyping step (2026-06-29) and adds DWeb dependency notes (8.3-lite / 9.3 / 9.4 / 9.5).
  • _bmad-output/planning-artifacts/dweb-sprint-attack-plan-2026-06-26.md (new) — the sprint attack plan (waves, lanes, conflict map, merge order) that the other docs reference.
