Wire ContributorsSection.astro into /contributors and /pt-BR/contributors.
Add all 6 contributors (Day, Brandon, Zach, Marty, Kevin, Claudia Dommaschk)
with personal links for Brandon and Claudia. Expand i18n contributors section
with pageTitle, pageDescription, and members data in both locales.
Fix design-audit issues in ContributorsSection: section-padding, container,
CSS token compliance, accessible link styles. Page not yet linked from nav
(pending Story 9.1 IA decision).
